How it works ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Both players start dribbling simultaneously. When the top player initiates the pass, that’s the trigger - it kicks off a live dribble exchange. From there, both players have to read the space, separate, and get to a shot.

Why we run it:

Basketball rarely gives you the same shot twice. This drill trains guys to stay engaged with their feet and eyes early in a session, build game-speed decision-making, and get comfortable shooting off movement instead of standing in one spot waiting for a rep. It’s conditioning, footwork, and shot-making all rolled into one.

Simple concept. Hard to master. That’s why we run it every session.

It’s who can keep showing up when training gets uncomfortable.
