225 front squat today for 5 finally felt nice and controlled!
I am only a few years post wrist surgery and lumbar spine injury.
Injured, battered and beaten but you have to get back up and do it again! BE RELENTLESS! You will get wherever you choose to go, with endless tenacity in the pursuit.
