So many ladies have asked how to loose weight without having to sacrifice tacos and your sanity. Let me teach you how to reach your goals and still being able to eat tacos or your favorite foods.
We will talk nutrition, macros and calories in the most simplified way that I could make it.
I personally am so tired of seeing so many woman with fuc***d metabolism due to doing some stupid 1200 calorie eating plan.
I am also so sick and tired of uneducated humans giving women eating disorders.
I opened up Ella HER Fitness to change so much, let's start here.
There will be goodies served, so that you can try so many different way to have your favorite foods . There will also be goodie bags for each attendee.

I just want to let you ladies know that I'm really grateful. I've been thinking about it and I always want to be in this state of gratitude for you guys as you walk through my doors.

As I would like the feeling to be mutual for you ladies .

As of now , I will continue to do spots weekly.

Now if you know you're down and want to pay as in advance as you'd like, I'd love that.

But you can also pay weekly as you go.

But now that being said, once spots open up and you ladies don't sign up they'll go to the ladies that are next up .

Sitting in gratitude for one another is what will make this place amazing.

Never ever taking one another for granted and also releasing any sort of energy where you feel like you HAVE to be here . If that makes sense ...

Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations a human being can be in.
