Our 10,000 square foot training facility has all of the necessary coaching, weight training, crossfit needs under one roof. We offer private one on one as well as small group individidual training. We recommend you join our daily wrestling practices as well as the weight training/ crossfit work outs offered Monday Wednesday and Friday an hour prior to an intense 2 hour wrestling technique and live practice. From 6 to 15 we have someone in the room to push your child to their maximum mental and physical threshold. We are family first and team second!
