No injuries were reported after a pickup truck, which had a person inside, traveled into water and became submerged at a boat launch at Chain O' Lakes State Park near Spring Grove.

A trick to help prevent mildew if you have to close up your boatfor the the winter. Place a shallow pan on the cabin sole in each cabin. Fill the pan with bleach. (an inch deep and in most climates it will last four or five months. That's it. The fumes from the bleach will do the job.The fumes from this mildew prevention method probably would never reach the level that could poss a health risk, even so, when spring comes and you are recommissioning the boat, it would be wise to open all the hatches for at least 30 minutes before climbing into the boat.
