Nomad Fitness Co I provide personal training services to those who have a desired fitness goal. I have my certifications through NASM.

Furthermore, I educate individuals on the proper body mechanics and the different ways a program is designed to suit their needs. In addition, I work as a Rehabilitation Assistant for doctors of physical therapy. My goal is to improve the lives of many through exercise. I can help anyone, this includes; elderly people, young adults, postpartum women, mature adults, people who graduated out of physical therapy, etc.

I’ve gained so much body fat. The photo on the right was taken today, and the first photo was taken two years ago exactly. I’m going to take care of myself now in all aspects. Not only that, but I want to learn how to love myself again, because this isn’t it.

One thing that’s a must for me is the ability to perform body weight exercises for the simple fact that we all have to have the ability to carry our own weight comfortably throughout space. What’s the point of benching 405 Lbs and not be able to do complex versions of a push-up? Why not just do both!!? Train in all aspects!
