As a reminder, Elite Edge Waukee will be closed the rest of the week so our staff can celebrate the 4th of July with their families, and in order to do some painting inside the gym. All locations will be closed tomorrow and Friday, but Grimes, Ankeny, and South Des Moines will be open for Saturday classes if you'd like to attend one of those locations. Home workouts will be posted in our Facebook members' only group. We hope you have a wonderful holiday, and hope to see you back in the gym Monday! 🎆🇺🇸

We're still riding the adrenaline high from our December Burpee-thon and WOW, do we have some heartwarming results to share! Thanks to everyone's phenomenal burpees and your truly generous hearts, together we CRUSHED it for a cause that's close to all of us.

A massive THANK YOU to each of you who donated or sweated through those burpees with us. 🙏 Your spirit and support made magic happen. I just met with the amazing team at Blank Children's Hospital, and guess what? We raised a jaw-dropping $18,231.65 for The Butterfly Fund! 🦋✨
