Stay consistent all summer

Huge shout out to and . About a year ago, they both decided to become better runners, and try this event for the first time. I told them that if they remain consistent in their training over time, I would do it with them. That day arrived, and I couldn’t be more proud!

In the year of training, getting uncomfortable and doing things that were new and took some development, They led by example and showed what ownership and commitment to your goals looks like.

The Sisu culture is so strong and empowering, having each other’s back and being there for each other becomes standard procedure and an integral part of our foundation!

🗣️Sarah’s Testimony

We usually don’t hear talk this much in class, typically because she is incredibly focused on working hard for her goals every day. The key to her success is developing a plan that includes improving nutrition and recovery elements in her weekly plan, both of which are in house at Sisu.

Her story is an inspiration to all mothers looking to set a great example for their children, and the incredible results she has earned speaks for itself!

The training program doesn’t work unless YOU DO! But if you aren’t afraid of hard work your potential is limitless!

SISU Wellness Retreat

Our all inclusive approach combines all the great services and amenities we have to offer into one awesome experience.

Each group is guided through 3 contrasting blocks, each about an hour and also complimentary to the one before it. The goal is for you to feel incredible when you are done!

Block 1: TRAINING
Team based conditioning workout Sisu style to challenge yourself and your team mates to push your limits and train with intensity.

Block 2: ACTIVE RECOVERY
Head upstairs to for Yin Yoga, a slow paced and therapeutic practice focused on deep connective tissues and flexibility, the perfect post training routine!

Block 3:
Increased recovery, detoxification, and a huge mental boost await in the .sanctuary for the final block of the event. The Sanctuary features both traditional and infrared saunas, and members contrast 20 minute sauna sessions with 5 minute cold plunge to maximize recovery!

Delicious snacks and juices provided by are stationed to fuel and recover from each block to the next to keep you feeling great through the event. We are also partnered with providing the highest quality of electrolytes to keep the body hydrated. All participants also walked away with swag bags to make the event even sweeter.
