The kickboxing and boxing classes at Striking Arts Academy are a high-energy workout that focuses on techniques and conditioning appropriate for all ages and skill levels. Basic striking - including punches, kicks, elbows, and knees - combine with proper footwork, balance, and flexibility to create a workout designed to help you lose weight, tighten and tone muscles, build strength and endurance while relieving stress and improving self-confidence.
