Last Saturday we hosted our 4th Tackling Disabilities Football Camp in Watseka!

This year 3 different camps were hosted in Manteno, Downs, and Watseka. It is special seeing an event that allows EVERYONE the opportunity to experience the fun of football and teamwork continue to grow!

Thank you to the coaches and athletes who volunteered their time to support a unique and fun experience for the campers.

Thank you to the volunteers who donated snacks, drinks, supplies, took photos, and provided support behind the scenes. This event wouldn’t be possible without you.

Thank you to Watseka Elks Lodge No. 1791 for their donation which provided shirts for the camp! And thank you to All-American Athletics for making the shirts.

Thank you to the families and parents for trusting our athletes with your children for part of the day.

And finally, thank you to our campers. It was great to see every kid find something that they enjoyed doing whether it be kicking field goals, playing catch, tackling a coach, running the 40yd dash against coaches and peers, or simply rolling in the donut. Your excitement and smiles are why this camp exists!
