This New Year's Do LESS to Do MORE (We'll explain)
Every year we see people set big goals. They're going to change everything about themselves.
And every year, we see it fail. They bite off too much and they quit all of their new habits in a week. Two if they're stubborn.
We've watched it happen a hundred times.
Someone decides January 1st they're going to work out 5 days a week, cut out all sugar, drink a gallon of water, wake up at 5am, and meal prep every Sunday.
By January 12th? They missed one workout, felt like a failure, stress-ate a sleeve of Oreos, and now they're "starting fresh next Monday." That Monday never comes.
Compare that to the person who just said "I'm going to show up to the gym twice a week no matter what." February rolls around and they're still there. By March they're going three times. By summer they're in the best shape of their life.
Or the person who didn't try to overhaul their entire diet overnight. They just started eating protein at breakfast instead of grabbing a granola bar. One change. Eight weeks later they're down 10 pounds and have energy they haven't felt in years.
THIS YEAR, pick one small change and DO IT. After it goes well, you have our permission to add something else in February.
One habit that sticks beats ten that don't.
