SANE/Anchor Point represents the very best of our community— their incredible nursing team provides 24/7 forensic medical care and advocacy for survivors of violence. This mission is incredibly close to my heart, and I’m thrilled to see our local women come together to show that we are truly stronger together.”

🛍️ SHOP: Join us at Core Blend North on March 14th at 3:30 PM.

🍷CONNECT: Sip, shop the donated racks (no limits!), and stay for an empowering Women’s Roundtable Q&A.

Stop waiting for the perfect time. It's not coming.

You're busy now. You think next month will be different. It won't. New stuff will fill your schedule. It always does.
There's always going to be something. A work deadline. A family thing. A reason to push it back one more week.

Every day you wait, life gets busier. More stuff coming down the pipeline. That's just how it works.
So here's what I want you to do: Start now. Not next week. Not when things calm down. Now.

Your plan doesn't have to be perfect. It doesn't have to be the best training plan in the world.

It just has to exist. And you have to start it.

01/27/2026

Stop forcing yourself through workouts you hate.

You've heard it before: "You have to deadlift." "Nothing burns fat like running." And sure, those are great. But you don't have to do anything.

Hate running? Try biking. Swimming. The rower. The ski erg. There are so many options.

The goal right now isn't to suffer through the "perfect" routine. It's to find something you actually enjoy enough to stick with.

Get your heart rate up. Do some stretching. Move your body. But do it in a way that doesn't make you dread showing up.
Consistency beats perfection every time.

Weather update from Corey 👇

As of now, we're planning to be open today (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday). We're always closed on Sundays.

That said, we're watching the weather closely. If conditions get bad and it's not safe for our team to get to any of our three locations, we'll close and let you know.

Stay tuned for updates. Stay safe out there.

The #1 mistake we see beginners make?

Going from zero to hero overnight.

No training at all to suddenly 6 days a week, twice a day. It's too much too soon.

Here's what actually works: Do the minimum you need to make progress. Enjoy it. Then come back for more.

That means three days a week. That's it.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Monday, Thursday, Saturday. Whatever fits your schedule.

Bite off what you can actually chew, and you won't choke.

This New Year's Do LESS to Do MORE (We'll explain)
Every year we see people set big goals. They're going to change everything about themselves.
And every year, we see it fail. They bite off too much and they quit all of their new habits in a week. Two if they're stubborn.

We've watched it happen a hundred times.
Someone decides January 1st they're going to work out 5 days a week, cut out all sugar, drink a gallon of water, wake up at 5am, and meal prep every Sunday.
By January 12th? They missed one workout, felt like a failure, stress-ate a sleeve of Oreos, and now they're "starting fresh next Monday." That Monday never comes.

Compare that to the person who just said "I'm going to show up to the gym twice a week no matter what." February rolls around and they're still there. By March they're going three times. By summer they're in the best shape of their life.

Or the person who didn't try to overhaul their entire diet overnight. They just started eating protein at breakfast instead of grabbing a granola bar. One change. Eight weeks later they're down 10 pounds and have energy they haven't felt in years.

THIS YEAR, pick one small change and DO IT. After it goes well, you have our permission to add something else in February.

One habit that sticks beats ten that don't.

Athletes of the Month Across All Locations 👏

📍LAKE - Jackson: Huge progress in both movement quality and strength, consistently hitting PRs while crushing his wrestling season. He's stayed locked in at the gym and on the mat. State is up next, and we can't wait to see what he does.

📍NORTH - Elise: She shows up to every session locked in and ready to push herself, and it's showing in every aspect of her game. Her confidence is growing, and colleges are already taking notice. She's only in 8th grade and getting invited to volleyball recruitment camps. Her future is big, and she's just getting started.

📍SOUTH - Hudson: Only a few months in and already showing tremendous growth. He and his brother Hunter show up to the 6:30 am athlete sessions ready to work and be challenged. Steady increases in his bench, squat, and deadlift, plus major improvement in his athletic movements. The work is paying off.

Want to dominate your sport? We can help.
