Opened in 1974, Shamrock Recreation Club is a privately owned family oriented summer recreation club in Watkinsville, Georgia. Facilities include 2 junior Olympic sized pools, a wading pool, 2 tennis courts/volleyball courts, ball field, play area, covered picnic area with gas grill, and patio with tables and chairs. This club is owner-operated by Gene and Kay Shepard, long time residents of Oconee County, GA.

We have closed the pool for the night due to the stormy weather.

We have looked at the radar out through 8 pm and it appears that there will be rain on and off until then. For that reason we will stay closed for the remainder of the day. Thank you.

Hey everyone. We hope everyone is having a good Monday! We are disappointed to have to announce that our Try Scuba event scheduled for tonight has had to be postponed due to the stormy weather predicted for later this evening. We hope that those of you who were going to come will do so again! Look for the reschedule day and time to come soon.

Unfortunately, our Try Scuba event for tonight has been postponed due to the weather. We do not yet know what the rescheduled date and time will be; but we will send out an email once we know. We are disappointed that we are having to postpone; but are thankful for the rain. We hope that those of you that were going to come will do so again!
