You ever just get discouraged ? I do, I’m human. I kind of let this page go dormant. I was heart wrenchingly discouraged and in some ways maybe still am. I love love love raising horses. I love seeing those babies come to life and working with them. My original goal was to produce good 4-8 year old horses with a solid versatile foundation on them . Horses with real life experience and hard work ethic that would be second to none. We have started a bunch of horses , some of our own and some we purchased as young ones. It feels like we get them going good, we have rode them, they are doing well, and then we might make a choice to sell them. In the last year alone we have bought back three horses, absolutely solid broke horses. For various reasons. And we aren’t sorry we did, we really want to see these horses excel and they were struggling with that where they had gone. But now here we sit with half a dozen horses that need daily riding and we added back several that don’t need daily riding but they need a job.

So: if you need a solid ranch horse with the background to excel in whatever you want to put them too……now might be the time to get ahold of me.

I am so sad to say we lost this guy this week. Only thing that makes sense is lightning strike. He had been with me his entire life and I’m going to miss him terribly. I have quite a few babies out of him and he was in a pasture with three mares. His legacy will live on.

Watch me performance horses is excited to announce that we are making plans for shipping semen. If anyone is interested in shipped semen please let me know as soon as possible so I can schedule accordingly. We can ship on Von Chicaro, Bayrometer, and Playn Bob Acre! We won't be doing any collecting until April .

This three year old gelding exceeds all expectations I would ever have of a young horse . He has a super handy handle on him and is so much fun to ride! All wrapped up in a cute package.....he only stands about 14 hands but wow what a little powerhouse!
