🚨ATTENTION CLASS OF 2026🚨
The deadline for 2026 Albany USBC Scholarship Award applications is April 11th, 2026 less than 1 month away!!!
Any graduating high school student who has been accepted into a school of higher education (college, university, vocational, technical, etc) is eligible to receive a scholarship, providing the student meets the following requirements:
A. Is a current member, in good standing, of the Albany USBC Junior Bowling Association; and
B. Files an application furnished by the Scholarship Committee giving complete information as required thereon, postmarked by the established deadline. Your application is to be filed with the Chairman of the Scholarship Committee.
A minimum of two scholarships for at least one male and one female will be granted each year, at the discretion of the Scholarship Committee. Last year the Albany Bowling Association gave out 6 scholarships. Last year, less than half of all eligible seniors submitted their applications to the committee.
The committee awards scholarships for ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE, COMMUNITY SERVICE AND FINANCIAL NEED. Even if you feel your grades might not be deserving of a scholarship, your community service or financial needs may get you a scholarship.
