If anyone is in need of a charcoal basket let me know. I can build big or small and customize to your needs. The smaller one is 12x12 5 3/4 deep it will fit the majority of big box store smokers. Its finally finished! This thing is awesome! I like the flat black but if someone would like it shinier than I can clear coat it for the buyer. It has lavalock around all the doors and toggle clamps making sure it seals tight at the bottom of the door. All the nuts and bolts that were used is stainless steel. Also the spring hands are stainless.Its for sale so if you or anyone you know is in the market for a great smoker message me I can take any major credit cards, PayPal, and cash. delivery is available for a fee.

Getting ready to paint this bad boy tomorrow! It is all brand new 1/4 inch steel The cooking chamber is 24 inch in diameter and 36 inch long. its a reverse flow with a grease channel down the middle and a 1 1/2 inch drain for easy cleaning. the air inlet is something I have been wanting to try and I think it turned out pretty awesome! It has 2 slide out racks 32" wide and 23" deep. Let me know if anyone is interested in this smoker or if you would like something else built! Feel free to share!!!

About the smoker
I have done all the mods including Tuning plates, Charcoal basket, Lavalok around all the doors, Custom shelf and racks and new stainless spring handles. This thing is pretty sweet now. I received this smoker for free it was in pretty rough shape but a little sandblasting some paint and some new parts it looks awesome. and it is much more efficient. It has only had 1 fire in it yesterday to season it a little so the inside doesn't rust.

I'm also playing around with tuning plates or diffuser plates for different style grills. This one is for a King griller akorn and I am gonna be testing it out on a brisket this weekend. In the past I used a rack with a pizza stone that worked pretty good but a lot of people saying they have had problems with them cracking from the heat. This one is 1/4 steel. Let me know if anyone might be interested in something like this!
