🍂🍁 Happy October 🎃! It’s been a busy few months of construction projects at Quarry Road Trails, and we’re finally sharing some long overdue updates.
🚲🥾NEW Singletrack: Since May, we’ve partnered with Central Maine NEMBA to build 4 new trails, adding almost 1.5 miles of singletrack to our network for mountain biking, hiking, and snowshoeing. Believe it or not, we’re still going and will be completing another 2 trails this fall!
🥏💨Updated Disc Golf Course: The past few months we’ve completed major changes to our disc golf course to improve the quality of play. The course has been shoretened to a 12-hole Red and Blue layout that starts and ends by the snowmaking building. The course features many new concrete tee pads and all new signage. The course is free to play, and will be open for the rest of the month before closing for the winter season.
🏠 NEW Building - We’re making progress on our new multi-purpose Trailhead building. It will be open for ski season as indoor space, and will house our future summer gear library.
