THIS IS EXACTLY WHY WE LOVE WHAT WE DO! Alot of people have started their journey at The 204! We do like to consider ourselves a startup gym, but the coolest part is even though these members have moved away or found another gym, we love how many peoples lives we have changed over the years. From young to old. It has been a true blessing to watch the young kids, actually get into Fitness and start competing or teaching and it’s awesome to see the mothers that usually have no time enjoy coming to hang out with us and we love our senior citizens that most of them can still outdo the young people. Running a business is hard, especially in this economy, but on days like today none of that matters because our true passion is people. Thank you everyone for always supporting THE 204. We have had so many years together, and I look forward to so many more and hearing so many more stories.
