Karate for ages 4-144, there are separate classes for beginner, intermediate advanced and teen/adult. Prices for Total Body Fitness start at $8 per class, $39 per month, $99 for 3 months, and get less expensive as you join for more time. Tang Soo Do Programs Start at $29.95 for a 3 lesson trial with uniform, after that, you can expect to pay $117 and up per month for a 6 month program depending up

on how you join and how you pay for it. We have a 4-6 year old program which is second to none. A program where your child is having so much fun, they hardly know they're learning. Junior Beginners, Novice and Advanced are all separate classes, for specialized learning. Teens and adult classes on Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays!

I like a belt in good condition. About every 10-12 years I like to replace my belt. I tell my students it doesn't count unless your teacher ties it on you. It was a great honor to have KJN Sgro tie it on while he was in attendance at the Trinity event this past weekend.
