July Course News + Update on Future Plans:

Looks like a great weekend golf forecast and the course is in great shape so hope to see you again soon!

Here’s our July update:

1. The course is in great shape and cooler temps are in the forecast - book your next tee time at www.TimberCreekGolfMN.com

2. Plans for 2026, 2027 and beyond: Many of you may have noticed Tom Lehman visiting the course over the past year. We would like to provide some clarity. Tom was asked to make recommendations for potential future improvements to Timber Creek, and we appreciate his insight.

We know the extra buzz and ideas for potential improvements to the property this past year has sparked plenty of questions and speculation, so we wanted to share the facts and keep everyone informed. The group that was pursuing an acquisition & major renovation as Tractor Fields has decided to not move forward with that project. If plans ever change, you'll hear it directly from us first.

We want to be clear, there are currently no major renovations scheduled, no planned interruptions to play, and no changes to normal operations. Timber Creek will continue operating as usual throughout the remainder of this year, next year (2027), and the foreseeable future.

We're excited about the future and are committed to providing a great golf experience with friendly service while continuing to make thoughtful improvements.

Thank you for your continued support and loyalty. We appreciate being part of this community and look forward to seeing you soon.

Members representing the 9th Annual Timber Creek Women’s Charity Golf Tournament, in memory of Val Kelsey, were very proud to present Christopher Anderson, Executive Director of WeCAN - Western Communities Action Network, the proceeds from all our hard work!

We would like to send out a HUGE THANKS to all the sponsors, golfers, volunteers, WeCAN participants and of course the wonderful team at Timber Creek Golf Course. Without all of you, this doesn’t happen!

Val spent the past 9 years growing this tournament and on July 11th, she was very happy! She gave us great weather (yes, she did like it warmer) and helped us achieve a record breaking year with 144 women golfers and a $40,013 donation to WeCAN!

As a reminder, Val’s Celebration of Life will be held at the Mound American Legion tomorrow (July 23) from 4:30-7:30.
