Let me remind everyone that being FIT or getting FIT doesn’t mean you have to be skinny or have ABS. I used to think that all the time. Being FIT and HEALTHY not only comes from physical health but also mental health and they both go hand in hand. Once you realize what you WANT or NEED to make a change then set goals.
I have struggled because I used to want abs but I finally realized with my three knee surgeries that I want to be strong and muscular 💪🏽💪🏽 it would be cool to be sponsored as a fitness model but I don’t have the “IT BODY” but I say screw it and them. I have achieved SO MUCH and continue to. I have gained muscle and strength I never knew I could. My goal was to be able to bench 135 and I’m able to bench 140! What has truly helped me is my mental health and my amazing husband Doug Santiago. He reminds me everyday how amazing I look and pushes me toward my goals when I lose myself.

It’s been a while since I’ve promoted my personal business but IM BACK! 💪🏽💪🏽 if anyone is hesitant we can just chat but I’ve been “skinny”, I’ve been overweight, I’ve been in the best shape of my life, but right now I have different goals and that’s to be healthy and consistent to rehab my knee. No matter our fitness level, we always have goals so DONT GIVE UP ON YOURS!
