This weekend, some folks from the Academy joined Colorado Krav Maga for the 2024 Winter Camp, hosted by James Hiromasa and John Whitman. We spent 16 hours training new and reviewing our favorite Krav Maga fighting techniques and weapon disarms, upright and on the ground, plus a variety of challenging stress drills and other training that we cannot wait to practice back on the home mats!

Step 1. Warm up with the 28-minute Bas Rutten All-Around Workout.
Step 2. Review all defenses with your favorite training partner.

Last night we had an awesome and fun team outing to Mass Fi****ms for some range training. Our daughter and our Academy's fellow Black Belt successfully completed boot camp (BEAST) and graduated into the Core of Cadets at West Point this weekend! Hannah truly exemplifies in performance what a Black Belt from our Academy is!!! She persevered through sprained ankles & blisters all over her feet to complete the traditional 10 mile ruck which concludes their training. Congratulations to Hannah on overcoming incredible adversity and accomplishing her goal!!!

Hannah, you and your company/classmates are an inspiration and blessing to every citizen of this great nation! Thank you for your future service and sacrifice and may God bless all your efforts on our behalf!
