Most athletes think we change direction with our feet.

Great athletes change direction with their hips.

Head turn leads a sharp hip turn. Sharp, MOBILE & strong hips? Equals a fast change of direction.

If your athlete is TIGHT, mobility is impacted. Therefore reaction, acceleration, stability & strength are negatively & consistently reinforced.

MOBILITY is priority for better movement.

Often kids' minds move much faster than what their bodies can do. These next couple weeks at our Youth Camp we're focusing on connecting mind-body-output. They're working so hard while building a strong foundation!

Our Tween classes were so much fun in the past, we're expanding our youth classes to help more kiddos.

Having a background in peds rehab, 20 years in fitness as an athlete and three kids of my own all in different sports..I've aquired a unique perspective to what kids are missing and what they need for their bodies to perform their best. I love helping them connect the dots!

What: Plant Swap & Sculpt workout
When: Sunday May 17th at 3:30pm
Where: The Flower Station

✨️Class will start at 4pm. This will be our Sunday class no class will be held at the studio.

Come anytime from 3-4pm to swap or shop the fun and large decor/floral selections!🌺🦋

Trigger Warning: Mental Health

Owning a fitness business is often painted as showing up as your "best self" every single day. A continuous carousel of highlights and having it all together. But can we also talk about the silent battles behind the scenes? About the part most people don’t see.

Some days looks like coaching a class while your brain is involuntarily elsewhere. Your body exhausted from constant fight or flight. Some days you're creating workouts in the parking lot between errands, answering messages while running 3 kids in different directions and praying for a zombie apocalypse so you can not feel behind for one day. Chaos feels magnetic because it forces you to pivot and that feels like an accomplishment.

Your thoughts won’t slow. A wave of overwhelm can drown you in an instant. You just want to feel normal but mental health doesn't pick and choose.

Some days look like unlocking the doors, turning on the lights and feeling absolutely nothing. No excitement. No drive. Just heaviness. Pressure. Guilt. Doubt. But people are counting on you so you just keep swimming.

Depression doesn’t care that you have a schedule to run.
Anxiety doesn’t care that you’re the leader in the room.
ADHD doesn’t care that you need to stay consistent and always on.

You motivate. You encourage. You hold space for others. You care deeply about your members, their families, their well-being, their journey. You continue to pour into people because those connections keep you going.

You still show up. Because you have to. But also? Because you're resilient and relentless and fueled by faith and giving up is not a solution for people like us.

There’s a quiet strength in that. The kind where getting out of bed is a win. The kind where keeping the doors open is a victory. The kind where you build something meaningful while simultaneously fighting demons no one can see.

If all you did today was try. If you showed up messy..avoidant..unavailable, but still put one foot in front of the other? That matters. The work you do matters.

Don't let silence shame you. Let's keep talking about the mountains were climbing and the valleys we're surviving.

Currently our entire instructor staff is made up of teachers, admin, substitutes and college students - so we wanted to make our annual education membership something pretty great.
