Today the Irish took the field at the 2026 Iowa Irishfest Tournament. We played multiple games including joining forces with our friends from the Iowa City Ducks Rugby Football Club. While we didnt place, there was lots of experience and learning opportunities for our new guys heading into fall 15s.

Congrats to Matthew Hamerly (Hammer) for being voted man of the tournament for Quad City Irish Rugby. He was all over the field on offense and defense making plays and capitalizing to score.

It was a beautiful day for rugby!

Thank you Iowa Falls Rugby Football Club Foundation for loaning us some of your guys. They made a great impact!
