Join us in March for family Zumba! Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 pm and Saturdays from 9 to 10 am.

Do your kids have spring fever and extra energy to burn? Leave the rest to us! Our experienced instructors will help you bond with your child through dance & movement! Kids are FREE with adult day pass or membership, adult day pass $6; 3 month and annual memberships available. Children must respect adequate & safe dance distance of all attending participants.

Nuestros instructores experimentados lo ayudarán a relacionarse con su hijo a través del baile y el movimiento! Los niños son GRATIS con membresía o pase de un día para adultos, pase de un día para adultos de $6; Membresías de 3 meses y anuales disponibles. Zumba instructors are plagued with the same fears that most people have when they begin Zumba. “People are going to be looking at me! What if I mess up?? I’m not a good dancer! What if I make a fool of myself?” 😳

These concerns are completely normal. It’s scary, nerve-racking, unexpected. You feel exposed. 😯The instructor will tell you that it doesn’t matter, to just come in and dance! While these words are comforting, it can still be nerve-racking So to ease your mind, let me let you in on a little secret. 🤫

NO ONE IS LOOKING AT YOU... 😧

When you take a Zumba class, you are focused on yourself for the most part. Guess what! So is everyone else! 🙂 They’re only focused on themselves. They’re not really thinking much about you, or how you dance, or if you can follow. They are only thinking about how THEY can dance and follow. They are thinking the same thing about themselves as you are about yourself!

Take a Zumba class and look around. Is anyone looking at you? 🤔 Nope! Who are they looking at? Either the instructor, or themselves in the mirror. And because they are so focused on THEMSELVES, they most likely won’t notice if you make a fool of YOURSELF. 🥴

So at your next Zumba class, let loose, mess up all you want, and dance like no one’s watching, because trust me......they’re not! 🤷🏻‍♀️🙌
