She teaches Aqua Cardio & Strength at 8:15am on Tuesday & Thursday's!

Aquatic classes offer significant benefits by utilizing water buoyancy, hydrostatic pressure, and resistance to improve strength, mobility, and cardiovascular health while reducing joint impact. It is ideal for pain management, post-surgical rehabilitation, and neurological conditions, as the warm water environment relaxes muscles and supports weight-bearing, allowing for earlier rehabilitation!

Please join us on Memorial Day (Monday, May 25th) for 2 Group Ex Classes!

We will be hosting the MURPH CHALLENGE with Norm at 8am in the HEAT Room!

We will be holding a Group Cycling Class at 9am in the Cycling Studio!

The facility will be open 7-11am and the Aquatics Center will be open 7:30-10:30am!
