Rooms are small, rustic, clean and bug free! All rooms have refrigerators and Directv with premium channel lineup. Washer, dryer, large freezer and microwave in common area. Boat dock, boat ramp, tackle shop, camping, RV and boat hook ups. Only 5 minutes from the grocery store and walking distance from The Dock, Rumors, Subway and the Citgo gas station. 5 minute boat ride to either Sandbars by water.
