David Paul Seib's obituary celebrates his enduring legacy as a man of faith and family. He was also a committed volleyball league player, where he participated in multiple seasons with the Scutella team helping them win titles, and remain near the top of the league for years! He exemplified exceptional kindness and warmth as a person and he was just one of the nicest guys! Our thoughts are with them during this difficult time. RIP 🏐😞

The men's volleyball tournament culminated in an epic showdown between team Suroviec and Daugherty, with the former emerging victorious after a fierce battle. Suroviec faced early adversity by being sent to the loser bracket early by Daugherty, but persevered, by coming out of said bracket. The first match in Finals went 2-0 to Team Suroviec and the second match 2-1.
Gratitude to all who contributed to the success of the event, the teams that came to help ref and stayed, participants, referees, and fans! These seasoned players are doubtlessly feeling the effects of their exertions today, but the rush of competition made it all worthwhile. 🏐

Earlier today I learned about the passing of “Big-Joe” Pacillio, who lost his fight with cancer. If you knew him, he was larger than life both figuratively and literally. A big, warm, charming gentle giant of a man. A family man first and foremost. He was by far one of the funniest M-fers I’ve ever met too. Last I spoke to him we talked about his hopefull return to play in the league. Unfortunately someone had bigger plans for him. 😢 Please keep his beautiful family in your thoughts and prayers, for he will be so so missed… RIP brother 🍺 💔 😇 🏐
