Chris & Peter have been the owners and operators of G's Fitness and Nutrition since December of 2005. Peter holds a BS in Nutritional Science with an emphasis in Exercise and Sport. As our leading in-home trainer, Peter's in-home clientele covers a 25 mile radius along the Connecticut shoreline. As a former athlete, he has successfully developed programs for athletes from the scholastic level all
the way to the professional level. Peter also has trained numerous clients with orthopedic, cardiovascular, and other chronic diseases. In addition, he has helped in the post rehabilitation for people with spinal, knee, and shoulder injuries. His knowledge of proper diet, coupled with a unique concept of training and experience, will guide you on the path to achieving your goals. Chris is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and has a B.S. He is a certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the only nationally accredited certification and the benchmark for trainers around the world. He has an athletic background, participating in baseball and basketball for many years. He trains clients of all ages and exercise abilities. From youths to senior citizens, Chris has experience training a wide variety of clients. His mission is to establish training programs that promote strengthening, injury prevention, and sports performance enhancement. Chris works with nationally ranked golf players, collegiate and professional athletes, high school teams, as well as individual athletes.
