Pre-movement preparation – Warm-ups are designed with specific exercises and athletic movement

Strength – Train technique to prevent injury and increase the longevity of the athlete
Power – Explosive movements, the ability to move weight fast. Train neurological efficiency
Speed – Improving stride length and frequency. Sport specific sprint training
Core – Train athlete to breathe efficiently and to use their entire core as a support structure for complex movements
Program design – Workouts are tailored to specific movements and abilities required for sport

We offer a multitude of fun and motivating classes that allow you to work out alone or with friends. Our trainers are highly educated and will make sure you give your all. All classes are on site, meaning your instructor will travel to you and use the facilities you have available. Classes are available for Private (1-2 people), small group (3-6 people) or team settings (6+ athletes). BOOTCAMP
Cardio classes built and tailored on sport specific movements. These workouts involve a lot of callisthenic/body weight training
PLYOMETRICS
Athletes will be required to exert maximal force in a short time. These classes will improve agility as well as explosive jumping and pushing power
SPEED
Designed to improve the length and frequency of stride. Athletes will be taught proper starting stance to help improve their times, excellent for combine or tryout preparation
WEIGHT TRAINING
Weight-room classes designed around sport specific needs and athlete’s strengths and weaknesses.
