Robb is a great example of consistency, determination, and smart training. He shows up ready to work, scales movements appropriately when needed, and gives every workout his all.

Despite dealing with multiple knee issues and arthritis, Robb never lets obstacles define what he can do. Instead, he focuses on what he can do and continues to make progress every day. His positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to adapt are inspiring to everyone around him.
