Weighted/ Feet Elevated/ Yoga Ball Push Up

This exercise focuses on creating balance & stability. Also building strength and learning to control and transfer load. By creating instability the athlete is forced to create stability of their own within the movement. Take your push up to the next level.

Do not forget to come out to our customer appreciation day at the lululemon location in downtown Birmingham this Monday July, 10th. All 2SP athletes will be given an exclusive opportunity to demo their newest products in store. The event will take place between 7:30pm- 8:30pm. We are very excited for this opportunity for all of our athletes and can’t wait to see everyone there.
