D Elite Coed is BACK IN FULL SWING as we head into comp season! Whether you are an experienced flyer or someone brand new to COED- come LEARN & LEVEL UP ⬆️ with D ELITE COED! We can't wait to see all of the new skills!!
📍 STARZ GYMNASTICS ACADEMY- 5425 Perry Dr, Waterford Twp, MI 48329📍
⚠️ DUE TO HIGH DEMAND a deposit of $50 must be paid to secure each athlete's clinic spot! The remaining balance will be due upon arrival at the clinic! (Full payment is allowed to be included with the deposit)⚠️
ADVANCED will run from 6:30-8pm and will focus on:
• Full up technique
• Intermediate transitions
• Cradle dismount technique (full-downs & double downs)
• Elite inverted stunting (front/back handspring ups, rewinds, hand-n-hands)
***ADVANCED will be a 2:1 Staff-to-Athlete ratio- COST: $90***
INTERMEDIATE will run from 8-9:15pm and will focus on:
• Toss technique and development
• Walk-in technique and development
• Body position technique
• Straight up and down stunting
• Once solid, will begin full ups
***INTERMEDIATE will be a 3:1 Staff-to-Athlete ratio- COST: $75***
