🚨 ATF PROPOSAL UPDATE 🚨

The ATF is proposing to eliminate the requirement that National Fi****ms Act (NFA) applicants send a copy of their application and Responsible Person Questionnaire (ATF Form 5320.23) to their local Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO).

This longstanding requirement has faced repeated legal challenges and has not demonstrated meaningful public safety benefits. If adopted, the change would simplify the application process for law-abiding suppressor, SBR, SBS, and other NFA applicants.

📄 The proposal would remove the requirement to provide:
✅ A copy of the NFA application to the local CLEO
✅ ATF Form 5320.23 (Responsible Person Questionnaire) to the local CLEO

The ATF is accepting public comments, giving gun owners and industry members an opportunity to weigh in.

🚨 BIG ATF UPDATE 🚨

The ATF just dropped over 30 rule changes—and yeah… this could change the game.

Here’s the quick breakdown:

✔️ Less “zero tolerance” on FFL paperwork
✔️ Pistol brace rule getting scrapped
✔️ Forms getting simplified
✔️ NFA tax stamp = GONE (but still paperwork)
✔️ Possible remote firearm sales (not final yet)

This is one of the biggest shifts we’ve seen in YEARS.
