What an unforgettable final day at the Alaska 50th State FFA Convention! 💙💛

We packed in so much—visiting the reindeer farm, attending workshops, and cheering on our amazing students as they competed in Environmental & Natural Resources and Vet Science. Your hard work truly showed!

We wrapped up the convention at the final general session, where keynote speaker Dallin Cooper inspired us with an important message about trust.

We are beyond proud of our members who were selected to serve in state leadership. Being chosen by the nominating committee is an incredible honor and reflects their dedication, character, and leadership within FFA. Faith Stewart being named Alaska State Vice President and Braxtyn Clark being selected as Alaska State Reporter is a huge accomplishment for both of them and our chapter. Their hard work has truly paid off, and we cannot wait to see the impact they will make across the state this year. We are beyond proud of you both and can’t wait to see how you positively impact Alaska FFA! Way to represent Mat-Su Career Tech FFA!

Day 3 at the 50th Alaska State FFA Convention was one for the books! 💙💛

We spent the day attending workshops, cheering on our floriculture competitors, and celebrating a huge milestone as Braxtyn received her State Degree! What an accomplishment!

Shoutout to Kody Heck for earning Bronze in floriculture and receiving a leadership award—way to represent! 👏Huge congratulations as well to our Ag Mechanics team for bringing home Gold and Silver! Special recognition to Zeke for placing Silver individually and Daniel for taking 3rd! Awesome work!

We wrapped up the night with a dance, and it was such a fun way to end an amazing day. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!

Day 2 of the 50th Alaska State Convention was one to remember 💙💛

From spending the day in amazing workshops with our national and state officers (and learning from the state officer candidates!), to cheering on our Ag Mechanics team as they crushed their CDE . We are so proud! 👏

We also got to celebrate a very special birthday! Happy 16th, Ananda!! 🎉🎂

Huge shoutout to Braxtyn for powering through another day of interviews and confidently introducing herself during the second general session. You’re doing amazing! We are so proud!

And tonight brought all the emotions… we laughed, we reflected, and yes, we definitely cried. Faith’s retiring address as State Reporter and Liam’s retiring address as Vice President both reminded us why we love this organization so much ❤️

Grateful for every moment and excited for what tomorrow brings!

Day 1 at State Convention 💙💛

Our teams competed in their CDE events, and we also took part in the Day of Service to give back to the community. 🪏 🌺

We attended the first general session later in the day, wrapping things up together as a chapter.
Congratulations to our member Raegan Klayum for receiving the Bill Stolze Scholarship!

And we’re cheering on Braxtyn Clark as she runs to become an Alaska State Officer! Good luck, you’ve got this! 💙💛💙💛
