Announcing the 2026 Fall Merchandise Scrambles at Quail Meadows!

We are hosting two separate 18-hole scramble tournaments for 6-player teams this October.

Event Dates & Details:

Saturday, October 3: Enjoy a post round meal provided by Bernardi's, featuring their famous fried chicken! The entry deadline for this event is September 27th.

Saturday, October 17: Enjoy a post round meal provided by Country Side! The entry deadline for this event is October 11th.

Tournament Schedule (For Both Events):
9:00 AM: Registration opens. 10:00 AM: Shot-gun start.

Event Highlights:
Every participant receives a Srixon Welcome Gift. Enjoy our warm up drink hut and more! Compete for hole prizes and enter our raffle for a new set of Srixon ZXi Irons. A merchandise drawing will commence immediately after the round. Please note that all prizes must be claimed within 30 days.

Registration & Fees:
Cost: $125 per player. An optional skins game is available for $30.00 per team.

Season pass and players card holders receive a $5 discount off of their entry.

How to Register:

Please note that there is NO online registration. Entry forms must be turned in and paid in full at the pro shop, or you can register over the phone by calling 309-694-3139. No entries will be accepted without full payment

Field Limit: Each event is limited to the first 20 paid teams, so act fast!

Quail Meadows Golf Course is an 18-hole, 72-par course with Banquet Room and Year Round Indoor Simulators with 10 Beers on tap and a full bar.

It’s a beautiful day for a walk!! Course is still sloshy, but walkers will be allowed out at 11 this morning. In need of a push cart? Stop by the Pro Shop and take a look at this BagBoy!!

Course closed Sunday Aug 16
Multiple inches of rain has saturated the course and we are unable to allow play today. While we appreciate Mother Nature, we also look forward to some rain free days!! Hope to be back on the greens soon! ☀️⛳️
