Tai Chi is a famous centuries-old Chinese martial art, that these days is most often practiced for health. It incorporates mindfulness, relaxation, and movement to develop mind-body coordination, dynamic balance, and relaxed strength.
I teach Chen style (the oldest and perhaps most complex style), along with Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Fall Prevention and Arthritis. I have been practicing Tai Chi daily for 10 years!!! 😀
