Thanks to some of the choppiest water we've ever seen on Bantam Lake from the Nor'easter we've been stuck on land the last several days, which meant on Saturday our athletes competed in the first ever Nor'ErgSter- a collaborative workout between youth and masters where each team had to complete 18,000 meters as fast as possible, while also completing exercises between rowing. A special shoutout goes to our coxswains for being the toughest in the game and also competing in the challenge!
