This program is led and managed by University of Iowa graduate TJ Williams, one of the nations most decorated high school and collegiate wrestlers. TJ's impressive wrestling career includes accomplishments such as 2X NCAA Champion, 3X All-American, 3X Big 10 Champion and 4X Illinois High School State Champion (Harvey Twisters). TJ now coaches the development of young wrestlers pursuing their own b

old goals. The TJ Trained Wrestling Program is dedicated to providing a positive environment encompassing critical thinking, discipline and goal setting through the sport of wrestling to athletes of all ages and skill levels. We will strive to develop athletes that excel academically, socially and personally -- as well as athletically. We are committed to developing confident and disciplined athletes, building a solid foundation of technique and competitive mental composure that enhances a motivated wrestler's success and creates a desire for excellence in each wrestler -- one which will impact all aspects of their lives. Hand Fighting Camp was elite! We had Cole Watkins, Paul Ishikawa, and myself leading the room. The kids were pushed, they responded, and they got better. Sweat, discipline, high-level reps… and still having fun doing it.

I love that wrestlers and parents attend TJT camps because this place has a standard. It has history. It has tradition.

Excited to bring in: National Champs, State Champs, All-Americans, Fargo Champs, Hall of Famers, D1 Coaches, NAIA Champion, US Open Placers, 4X State Champs, State Placers, and the list goes on!

There's a lot of TALENT and a lot of EXPERIENCE in wrestling being brought to Central Illinois.
