Bench press is always been my weakness. The only things that keep me somewhat competitive and powerlifting is squats and dead lift. The only thing we can do is keep going and keep moving forward.

Left to meet is gonna be May 2027. Time to work.

Squat 520+
Dead lift 560+
Bench press, 315+

We all have 24hours in a day but those 24 hours look a lot different from person to person. You have to adapt to those changes and prioritize your health so you can be there for the ones you love.

22 years old and single I would workout 2-3 hours a day. Now I have a loving wife and the best daughter ever how do I still have time to workout? Well I train smarter and go the gym earlier.
