For many that did not know, this years recital theme was inspired by Mr. Bennie Lee Hudson. Mrs. Breckyn chose this theme because of her grandfather’s love of Elvis’ music and the special bond that was built with her papa while riding in the car listening to the legendary singer. Today Mr. Bennie would have celebrated his 89th Birthday.

Popped up in a memory from a year ago. My sweet pop at the house while we prepped recital roses. Tonight and tomorrow is in memory of you and this memory brings me such joy. Your seat will be reserved just as it always is. WDA is ready to put on “ALL SHOOK UP” !!
