What Happens on Day 1 of Our Programs

Before we train, we assess.

Every athlete in our summer programs goes through a movement and performance analysis on Day 1. Our certified coaches evaluate:

✅ Movement mechanics and motor control
✅ Body coordination and spatial awareness
✅ Coachability — how athletes respond to feedback
✅ Strength and mobility baseline

From there, athletes are placed in Level 1 or Level 2 — not by age, not by sport, but by what we actually see.

Why We Split Athletes into Level 1 and Level 2

This summer we're doing something different. On Day 1 of every program, our certified coaches conduct a movement analysis to place each athlete in the right group.

Level 1 — Foundation builders. Athletes developing proper mechanics, body control, and strength base.
Level 2 — Advanced athletes. Higher intensity, more complex progressions. Most Level 2 spots go to returning athletes.

This isn't about who's "better." It's about training every athlete at the right level for real results.
