✨ 9 Years of WD ✨
This community is special.
Anyone who’s been to the West Deptford location knows it, feels it, experiences it & cherishes it.
This past Saturday, a ton of our teachers came together to celebrate YOU & everything you bring to this space, day in & day out.
LBHY wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for our clients.
That is not lost on me - or us - ever.
That’s why every class, every rep, every song, every workout, every second on the mat matters, because you show up for it.
& we will continue to show up for you, even when it’s hard.
Our clients are the backbone of our community.
Our teachers are the soul of it.
We offer a variety of things, but the heart of who & what we are will always remain the same: a hot yoga studio.
A place where you can come to disconnect, let go, be present, get stronger, make friends & start over as many times as you need to.
I am always determined to always know every face & every name that walks through our doors.
I know people leave & come back. You are always welcome here, no matter how long you’ve taken off. A week, a month, a year - it doesn’t matter. There will always be a place for you here.
I see all of you & appreciate everything you bring to LB.
& our teachers, my teachers - are some of the most selfless, loving individuals. They give their all to this community. Their ability to walk through those doors & show up for you, even on their own difficult days, is something I notice every single time.
We are so humbled to still be here after all these years.
It’s not always easy. There are challenges every day. But no matter what, we come back to the most important reason we are here:
To make life a little easier, a little lighter & a little happier.
