June 20 + 21 we will be hosting a dream yoga + sauna collab with Sauna Fanshawe, a portable sauna company, parked up on our little slab of waterfront right here at Hotel Washington and Studio

Saturday + Sunday will start with 9am slow flow yoga taught by Sarah Litterio 6/20 + Kinley Gardiner 6/21 followed by sauna sessions with an optional (highly recommended) dip in the lake! 18 spots available!

The sauna can seat up to 6 comfortably at one time and we envision a couple rounds of people rotating for lake dips!!!! Prepay with the link! Walkins dependent on spots available day of. Dm for any questions. Come enjoy some Sauna culture with us.
