Door of No Return. Collectively with your team accumulate miles by walking, running, cycling, hiking, swimming. Register today, your journey miles will start on MLK Bday, 1/16 and continue until the last day of Black History month. Each registered participant get a medal. Do your feet hurt when you are exercising? Maybe it’s time to invest in a good pair of walking/running shoes. What’s you favorite brand of running shoes?

According, to , if you are walking three to four hours a week, you should replace your shoes every 6 months.

Trust me, your heels, ankles and feet will thank me later.
