Wednesday, Runners on Duty is taking it to the pool for a little recovery 🏊🏾‍♀️ Space is LIMITED, so RSVP to lock in your spot + get the event address.

Then Saturday, we’re back to business with the long miles.

We’ve teamed up with AG1 to welcome The Good Morning Café to DC.

We’ll kick things off with our usual Saturday miles then head over to the café to hang, grab a drink, and ease into the rest of the morning.
