Membership includes full access to the fitness center, locker rooms and all group exercise classes. FOHO offers Personal Training services at an additional charge. The gym is located in the Forrestal building and features cardio and strength training equipment and a wide range of group exercise classes (including Yoga and Barre). If you join the FOHO Fitness Center, you also have access to the GOH

O Fitness Center's facilities and can participate in facility group exercise classes, programs and services. DOE employees are required to sign a payroll deduction authorization form for bi-weekly payment of membership dues. Locker rooms are open 7 days a week for current members. Locker rooms will be closed from 8:00pm- 9:00pm for daily cleaning, and every third Saturday of each month for extensive cleaning. Day lockers are available for use while members are exercising in the facility at no charge. Locker rental is available for $60 per year for members choosing to keep items in lockers overnight. The FOHO Fitness Center is not responsible for member belongings while in the facility or items left in the facility.
