Here’s how to make them:

½ cup cottage cheese. 1/2 cup berries.
Mix with ½ cup almond flour and ¼ cup sweetener to form a dough.

TIP: Please make sure your cottage cheese is strained and as dry as possible. Add more flour if needed.

Divide into 6 pieces.
Roll into balls—roll well so they hold together!

Air fry at 360°F for 8 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar and devour.

These taste like little bakery donut holes, but they're made with cottage cheese and packed with protein 😅

High Protein Butter Pecan Ninja Creami 🤎

390 calories • 36g protein • 15g fat • 25g carbs

1 cup milk
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp butter powder
2 tbsp sweetener
1 dash salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp pecans, chopped and toasted

Toast the pecans for 3–4 minutes until fragrant.

Blend the milk, cottage cheese, butter powder, sweetener, salt, and vanilla until completely smooth.

Pour into a Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours.

Spin on the Light Ice Cream setting.

Add 1 tablespoon milk and re-spin.

Add the toasted pecans and run the Mix-In cycle.
