Potomac High Performance Program

Potomac High Performance Program The PBC High Performance Program develops athletes to compete at the highest level, nationally and internationally.

Athlete focused, coach lead, performance driven Over the past couple of quadrennia, 20+ rowers from the program have represented the U.S. internationally at the World Championships and Olympic Games. The High Performance Program consists of two interconnected sub-groups: the HP Program and the Development Program. The focus of the HP Program is to provide a training environment for senior men and

women to reach the A Finals at National Selection Regattas, qualify for National Team Selection Camps, and race internationally in both sculling and sweep events. The focus on the Development Program is to provide a stepping stone for athletes as they transition from their collegiate programs towards the HP Program with an emphasis on fitness, skill, and racing development.
