Ice Bucket Challenge - Most have heard of the latest “fad” in social media called the Ice Bucket Post your video and nominate 3 people, simple as that.

The basic idea is to participate in a challenge where you dump a bucket of ice water over your body then skull a ice cold beer, then nominate three other's to do the same within 24 hours. You can start it off of wait till someone nominates you ;) Will you take the Ice Bucket Challenge?
