A lot of you know me from the workouts on here. What you might not know is I built a whole community around them: The Diva Network.

I’ve had the blessing of coaching so many people through different seasons, weight loss, body changes, promotions, breakups, return from injury, grief, just trying to feel like themselves again. And this season is about: minimum effective dose, maximum joy.

10 minutes. 18 minutes. 30 to 35. Just enough to find the rhythm that sticks, not enough to burn you out before you even start.

This Saturday: No Experience Needed. The workout, seated or standing, your choice. Then brunch. Then karaoke. All of you is welcome here.
